We are happy to provide you with a store credit or exchange should you change your mind about your purchase. You may send your goods back to us within 30 days of receiving a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA number, please contact email@example.com with the subject line “Exchange/Return”.
The item returned MUST be in the condition it was received in. Items should be returned new, unused and with all tags still attached and those that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Exchanges/returns will not be accepted on customized items.
Once a RA is processed, please ship out the item at your earliest convenience to ensure efficient processing. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. Shipping and handling is not refundable for exchanges.
You MUST put the RA number on the outside of the box or it will be refused by the warehouse. The customer will be responsible for any freight charges relating to un-authorized return packages with no number.
Please allow 7 business days upon receipt of your returned goods for your request to be processed.
